After writing a negative review, a pretentious travel blogger finds herself stranded at the same lodge she virally slammed during a freak Christmas blizzard. Forced to face the grumpy owner whose business is now in jeopardy; she begins to see the true beauty of the lodge—and the man behind it—as they work together to bring holiday cheer to stranded guests.
